 We
currently offer a variety of products in Belted Galloway grass
fed beef. Please inquire for prices and availability
on the following:
Premium ground beef – We produce an unmatched
ground beef product. Rather
than common hamburger made from scraps, we incorporate the brisket,
round, chuck, shank and bottom sirloin into our ground beef product. This
creates an incredibly lean, yet very flavorful and tender ground
beef product. This really is more like ground steak. Ground
beef is available in a variety of sizes – 1lb, 5lb and 10lb –
for shipment and local delivery.
Whole side of beef – We can provide the entire side of beef straight
from the processor to local customers. This can then be
cut, as you desire. We can also have the side fully processed
into all the possible cuts, packaged and frozen for shipment.
Prime Cuts – These include the full tenderloin, porterhouse,
filet mignon, strip steaks or an entire rib roast.
Angel Acres offers its products primarily to local customers.
